These Terms govern your use of My Tarot Medium, a private ritual room published by MsPinaQ LLC. By downloading, opening, or using the app you agree to this page and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

A room for reflection, not fate

My Tarot Medium offers tarot as a quiet space for awareness. You choose cards from a face-down 78-card deck. Readings are generated as layered insight: identity, a short answer, detail, feeling, a possible direction without a fate-claim, and one small action. They are for entertainment and personal reflection. They do not predict a certain future. They are not medical, legal, financial, safety, psychological, or crisis advice, and they do not replace qualified professional support. If you are in danger or distress, contact local emergency services or a qualified helper.

Who may use the app

You must be old enough to use the App Store or Google Play in your country and, in any event, at least 13. If you use the app on behalf of a company, you confirm you may bind that company. The store listing is prepared for ages 12 and older.

No account

There is no sign-in. History lives on the device. If you delete the app or clear history, that record is gone. We cannot restore it on another device. There is no server profile to delete beyond the entitlement records described in the Privacy Policy.

Your question

You are responsible for what you type. Do not submit information you would not want processed to prepare a reading, including another person’s private details. We may refuse or shorten a request that appears unsafe, abusive, or intended to override the reader’s instructions. You keep whatever rights you have in your question; you grant MsPinaQ LLC a limited permission to process it solely to provide the reading and to operate, secure, and improve that service.

How a deep reading is written

A first signal may appear on the device. The deeper letter is prepared through our server and a language model. Output can vary. If a deep reading cannot be prepared, a local reading may be offered so the ritual is not empty. That local reading is still insight, not a guarantee. You agree not to treat any line as an instruction to harm yourself or someone else, to make a medical or legal choice, or to spend money you cannot afford.

Room Key subscriptions

Daily Card remains free. The first deep reading is a gift. After that, professional spreads require a Room Key. Two auto-renewing subscriptions are offered:

The store may display a local-currency equivalent. Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the then-current price shown by the store. You manage or cancel auto-renewal in your Apple ID subscription settings (Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions) or in Google Play subscriptions. Unused portions of a paid period are not refundable by us except where the store’s rules or applicable law require it. Refunds, if any, are handled by Apple or Google. Restore Purchases is provided so a valid Room Key can return to this device. Room Key is not offered as a credit pack, a lifetime purchase, or Family Sharing. Web does not sell the subscription; continue from the App Store or Google Play.

A professional month may rest after thirty deep readings so the table is not used as a factory. We may refuse a request that is malformed, automated, or abusive. Store products: com.mytarotmedium.room.monthly and com.mytarotmedium.room.yearly.

Acceptable use

Do not reverse engineer the app except as the law allows, overload the reading service, bypass the Room Key, scrape the model, or use the product to harass, defraud, or exploit anyone. We may suspend server access if these Terms are broken.

The work

The name My Tarot Medium, the room’s design, card art, and reader voice are owned by MsPinaQ LLC or its licensors. These Terms do not sell you those rights. You may not copy the product as a competing app or republish readings as if they were your original commercial service.

Availability

The room may be quiet during maintenance, rate limits, or model outages. We do not promise uninterrupted service. Features may change as the product is refined.

Warranty and liability

The app is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, MsPinaQ LLC disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Readings may be incomplete, unexpected, or not useful to you. We are not liable for decisions you make after a reading. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of the app is limited to the amount you paid us for Room Key in the three months before the claim, or ten United States dollars if you paid nothing. Some places do not allow these limits; in those places, our liability is limited to the maximum the law allows. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence where such a limit is forbidden.

Apple-required licence note

If you download the iOS app, Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies, available at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula. In case of conflict about Apple’s role as store, Apple’s terms control that point. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance for this app. These Terms are between you and MsPinaQ LLC, not Apple.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and, where applicable, the state in which MsPinaQ LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in the United States have exclusive jurisdiction, except that you may bring a claim in your country of residence if a non-waivable consumer law requires it. If a part of these Terms cannot be enforced, the rest remains in effect.

Changes

We may update these Terms. The date at the top will change. If you continue to use the app after that date, the new Terms apply to later use. If you do not agree, stop using the app and cancel any Room Key auto-renewal in the store.
